Profiling and grinding of bombage wheels
We provide professional services for grinding and profiling (bombing) pulleys for band saws. We have experience in performing work on the most common sawmills: Wravor, Mebor, Primultini, Neva.
One of the most important criteria for the quality of work of a bandsaw is the condition of the working surface of the pulleys. Timely and correct restoration of the wheel profile by saws ensures stable functioning and long-term operation of band saws.
Leniv specialists will provide a qualitative assessment of the degree of wear, determine the degree of deviation of the geometric parameters of the profile and restore the original shape.
